1. Do you only sell wholesale?

YES.
To purchase from "Rananjay Exports", you must register with your business details. After the necessary formalities, we'll approve your account for you to continue shopping.
We reserve all the rights to cancel any sale of a product that is for personal use.

2. What is your minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement, but we charge shipping for all orders under $500.

2. Do you offer sampling to check the Quality?

Yes, You may ask for the samples to check the quality of the jewelry we manufacture.

3. How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide for all the orders above $500, under $500 we charge $59 and $39 for orders equal to $1- $199 and $200-$499 respectively.

4.  When will you ship the order?

We ship your orders within 4-5 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday),
All our orders are shipped via express shipping, We ship the orders through UPS / FedEx, depending on the region.

5. Is your merchandise real Sterling Silver?

Yes, All of our Jewelry is made with solid 925 sterling silver. However, some of them are rhodium (nickel free) plated to prevent tarnishing and enhance longevity.

6. Are Vermeil rings plated rings or solid silver?

Vermeil Rings are Plated rings, with 1 micron and 2.5 micron plating (you may choose from)
All our vermeil rings use solid 925 sterling silver as the base metal. Then they are plated with 18K Rose gold or Yellow gold, as per customer selection
We provide 1 Micron and 2.5 Micron plating, as well as Rhodium plating

7. Do you offer Bulk discounts?

Yes. We provide bulk discounts as mentioned below, and they will be applicable automatically to your order.

 8. What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects and/or shipping damages. It is best recommended to inspect the merchandise after receiving the shipment and contact us within 15 days in case of any return requests, once the returned jewelry passes the quality check, we provide a coupon code or credit points which can be used in your next purchase. It should be unused and in its original packing with all the tags and original invoice intact. Shipping handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If applicable, volume discounts will be adjusted according to the revised invoice total after returns.
Although we try our best to show our jewels on the website exactly like the real products, there can be slight variations because of the lighting conditions and other factors.

9. Who bears the import duty and other charges in case of international orders?

We are not responsible for the Import duty, clearances-custom fees, other additional charges. Customers are requested to enter correct business details and mention if you have an  account with UPS/DHL/FedEx to avoid any unnecessary trouble during the transit.

10. What materials you use to curate your jewelry?

We do a 18k rose gold or yellow gold plating on our plain 92.5 sterling silver jewelry. This coating is 50% thicker than traditional gold-plated pieces, keeping it beautiful for years to come.All our jewelry is nickel-free to avoid tarnishing.

11. Do you offer dropshipping?

 No, we do not dropship. You will need to fulfill your own orders.
